Mr. Ashaolu is the Principal Partner of Theophilus Ashaolu & Co (Chartered Accountants) 1992 to Date. Mr. Ashaolu possesses over 20 years of experience in accounting and audit analysis and was been appointed by the President of the Federation as a member of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry in 1999 to analyse the affairs of “ Federal Super Phosphate Fertilizer Company “in Kaduna. He was the Professional Accountant for the NEPA Revenue Cycle Management Programme for the Districts of Dalla and Nassarawa (Kano Project).

He was also appointed by ICAN as;
Chief Invigilator of Accounting and Professional Examination at Kaduna Examination Centre.
Member- ICAN Accreditation Panel to Bayero University in Kano
Member –ICAN Accreditation Panel to University of Kaduna

Mr Ashaolu was also Chairman of the Kaduna District Society of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria from 2003 to Feb 2006.
